  • The Local Offer A Local Offer gives children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities, and their families, information about what support services are available in their local area.

The SEND Graduated Response is a guide intended to be used as a tool for schools and settings and those partner agencies working with parents, carers and young people with SEND.
