Hello everyone!

We hope you have had a lovely Christmas and enjoyed your Christmas dinner! We are really sad that we won't be about to see you in Nursey for a while. We hope you enjoy some of the activities we have put together that you can try at home. We look forward to seeing some photos of the work you are doing and you might see our faces pop up on here soon!

Stay safe,

Nursery Home Learning

Below are a selection of activities which your child can do at home. We have tried to create activities which give the children an opportunity to be independent in their learning, however, due to their age may need a little guidance from an adult.

We will upload new activities each day to try and give the children access to all the different areas of learning.

When introducing these activities to your child, start with the green activity. If your child needs a further challenge move onto the blue activity. If you think the green activity is a bit tricky then guide your child to the yellow activity.

There will also be a weekly selection of activities you can guide your child to as they play if you wish. We will add to these on a weekly basis.

If you have any questions about the home learning  please email and put your child’s name and class teacher in the subject box. A member of staff will do their best to respond to you as soon as possible in school hours.

A member of staff may also email you to check how the learning is going or guide you to specific activities which will support your individual child. They will contact you using the email address you provided to school, please check this.

Please also use this email address to share your child’s work with their teacher, we would love to see photos and read descriptions of the work the children are doing.

We look forward to finding out how you are getting on soon.

As we now have an increase of children in Nursery we are changing the home learning slightly.

At the beginning of each week we will upload a selection of activities you can do throughout the week. These activities will be linked to the learning that is happening in Nursery.

We will also upload a selection of videos throughout the week of different stories and games.

Please stay in touch through the home learning email address if you have any questions.

A member of staff will give you a call on a regular basis for a chat and to support you in any way. We look forward to speaking to you soon.
