Children are collected from classrooms at the end of the day at 3.00pm. Remember that we will be working right up until the bell goes!

We ask parents to let us know who has permission to collect children at home time. Safety is our priority so we will only hand over children to adults on our permission list. When teachers see those adults they call children to the door to hand them over. We really appreciate everyone's patience and support at this busy time of the day.

Behaviour at Woodrow is excellent. Children are "Ready, Respectful and Safe". Our Behaviour Policy details how we acknowledge when children are working well and making good choices. It is every school's legal duty to maintain a safe environment. Staff are trained to de-escalate any potential issues and to use positive handling as a last resort. This is explained in our Positive Handling Policy.
