Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment. Remember - our newsletters are uploaded to the website every week
These are the documents released yesterday by the government. We are asking parents of YN, YR and Y1 children to complete a form on our website please, so that we can gather your thoughts on the decision you might make about a return to school.

Thank you for all of your responses so far. Please keep sharing - especially with parents who do not have Facebook.
As we said before, we will do absolutely everything we can to make school as safe as we can, but whilst making your decision we feel we need to also let you know that this will not be school as your young children know it. The guidance from the government makes this clear.
We know this is a very difficult time for parents - if you want to ask anything at all please do give us a call.
Thank you and stay safe xxx
There has been an update from the government regarding Coronavirus this evening.
We await further information and clarity on how we respond as a school.
We recognise how anxious you may be as a result of this.
We also recognise difficult decisions will need to be made in the coming weeks and that you may feel unable to send your young children in to school. We will support you and continue to work together. You have given us fantastic support throughout this .
What we will promise is that we will do our upmost to make school as safe as possible for your children, our staff and the wider community.
We will share information with you as we receive it. Thank you for all your support - we really appreciate it.
In the meantime, continue to keep your lovely children safe at home. There is lots of support on our website and you can always phone us.
Stay safe Woodrow friends xx
Over the next month or so we will be trying to contact all of the children by phone to say a quick hello if that's okay?
We have spoken to a few already and its lovely to hear them! 🥰
We aim for the call to come from a member of staff the children are familiar with, so please bear with us. We have set dates to be in school and so we might not phone your child until the very end of the month (and it may not be their teacher).
We look forward to catching up with everyone. It's been lovely seeing the children on facebook so far and we hope this will be a little something extra for them. 💕
There's a special message on the school Facebook page for members of Mrs Tolley's dance club on what would have been show day. 🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁🦁
Have a listen to Simba, then we'd love to see you dancing in the replies. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Quick update...
Free school meal vouchers - if you have ordered a postal voucher we will hopefully be printing them on Monday and sending them out for next week.
Email vouchers - if you haven't already, you should receive a voucher for this week and another for next week ( so 3x £15 vouchers per child for 3 weeks). We will be joining the queue to order more.
We have some sandwiches at school if you need any.
Home Learning - do check the school website as there are lots of suggestions which you can choose from.
Bell Heath - make sure we have your details so we can send you a refund cheque.
School places - make sure you accept or appeal the place given to your child for YR or Y5. We are working on induction for families with YR children. The middle schools are starting to ask for information about Y5 children. We are working on letting you know in July about classes for next year. We await guidance on how we can share end of year reports with you all (including Special Educational Needs).
If we can help in any way, please get in touch. Take care everyone xx
Free school meal sandwiches are available in the foyer. Mr Kieran is in the office if you need to speak to him about vouchers or taking sandwiches for 2 days.
If you would like the sandwiches but love out of catchment, please let us know and we will see what we can do to help.
We have had a message today which says the email voucher codes have been approved. You should now be able to access your ecode via email if you havent already.
The vouchers to be collected or posted have not been approved yet. We will let you know as soon as we can access and print them.
There are some sandwich lunches available for children eligible for free school meals today. You do not need to order, just come up to school. Phone us if you can't collect.

Hope you're all okay and have had a safe Easter.
Tomorrow we are preparing supermarket vouchers for the parents who have asked for them to be posted. If this is you, YOU MUST LET SCHOOL KNOW WHICH SUPERMARKET YOU WANT THE VOUCHER FOR.
Ring 527619 and tell us
Sainsburys
Tesco
Morrisons
Asda
Waitrose
M+S Food
On Wednesday, if we haven't heard from you we will print a voucher for Tesco so that we can post it to you this week.
If we have your email, the government chosen system is trying to cope with a very high demand across the country. We have done everything that we need to do and will email you an ecode as soon as the Edenred company have completed their part of the process.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TELL US WHICH SUPERMARKET YOU WANT - you follow the instructions in the email when you receive it.
Please share
Thanks
